You may like to know that the Student Printing service MAY be out of action this evening from 1715 to 1745
The servers will be having important updates applied to them. During this time, for short periods, users may not be able to:
1) Use the photocopiers.
2) Release print jobs.
3) Use the value loaders.
4) Check their accounts on the web pages.
Users will still be able to submit print jobs which they will be able to release once the service has resumed.
There may also be general network problems on Tuesday Morning due to network maintenance.
CICS apologise for the short loss of webmail service this morning. A fault was reported at 08:13 and a fix was reported at 08:27.
Further investigation into the cause is in progress. If there is a need for maintenance, there may be further disruption.

CICS tell us that there is an issue with the myCalendar service.
It should be back by lunch time.
The following notified to EMITS at 0905:
We believe we have found the source of the problem and currently are attempting to recover the MyCalendar system.
Time to fix is currently estimated to be between 2 to 3 hours. More emails will follow with regards to fix progress.
